Hi, I'm Kristina.
Behind KWiDi is not an agency, but me – a business owner who knows the same problems you do. My husband and I run our own business with employees. We built the business app for ourselves because no other app ever fitted us.
Why this app exists.
Our business on Mallorca looks after fincas and holiday homes – with employees who are out and about all day. We tried every app there is: time tracking here, rota there, reports via WhatsApp, receipts in the glove box. None of them ever really fitted us.
So we built our own. An app that does exactly what a business with a team needs day to day – and nothing that slows it down. Our whole day runs on it now: plan, clock in, report, done.
That is exactly what I want for other businesses too. That is why the app is now available through KWiDi: set up ready for your business – or tailored completely to you, the way we would have wished for back then.
The name? Kristina Swiderski and kiwi. Fresh, honest, uncomplicated.
