We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide this website and our services, or with your consent. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, GitHub automatically processes server log files (in particular IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, referrer) to ensure the security and integrity of the service. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, business details, message, optional links) to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form data is forwarded to our email address via the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4014, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), which processes the data solely for delivery and stores it in our Formspree account, where we delete it once handled. Formspree is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); details: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We keep enquiries until they are dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Cookies and consent

Technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie choice) is used without consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, Section 25 (2) TDDDG). Statistics and marketing cookies are only set once you agree in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Google Analytics 4

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse website usage. IP addresses are truncated. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We use Google Consent Mode so no cookies are set without consent. Retention: 14 months. 7. Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram)

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure our ads and build audiences. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We are jointly responsible with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR) for collection and transfer; Meta is responsible for further processing. More: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

8. Fonts

The fonts used (Cormorant Garamond, Lora) are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is made.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

We update this policy when the legal situation or our services change. The version published here applies.
