Privacy policy

2. General

We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide this website and our services, or with your consent. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by an external provider within the EU. Server log files (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, referrer) are processed automatically for security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, business details, message, optional links) to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form data is forwarded to our email address via the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the data solely for delivery. We keep enquiries until they are dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Cookies and consent

Technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie choice) is used without consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set once you agree in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Google Analytics 4

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse website usage. IP addresses are truncated. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We use Google Consent Mode so no cookies are set without consent. Retention: 14 months. 7. Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram)

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure our ads and build audiences. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We are jointly responsible with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR) for collection and transfer; Meta is responsible for further processing. More: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

8. Fonts

The fonts used (Fraunces, Jost) are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is made.

9. Links to Instagram and Facebook

Our website links to our Instagram and Facebook profiles. No content from these platforms is embedded; only when you click a link do you leave our website, and the respective provider's privacy policy applies.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

We update this policy when the legal situation or our services change. The version published here applies.
